Blue vacuum tube (Sodium citrate)

The PT tube is used for blood coagulation tests and is applicable to the fibrinolytic system (PT, APTT, TTPA and fibrinogen, etc.). The mixing ratio is one part citrate to nine parts blood. An accurate ratio can ensure the effectiveness of the test result and avoid misdiagnosis. Since sodium citrate has very low toxicity, it is also used for blood preservation. Collect sufficient blood to ensure an accurate test result. The double-walled PT tube has little dead space, which is suitable for monitoring vWF, FⅧ, platelet function tests and heparin therapy.
