The tube with gel and coagulation activator is used for serum biochemistry, immunology, and drug testing, etc. It evenly sprays the coagulant on the surface inside the tube, which greatly shortens the coagulation time. Since the separating gel imported from Japan is a pure substance, very stable from a physicochemical point of view, it can well withstand high temperatures, thus maintaining a stable state during storage and transportation. The gel solidifies after centrifugation and completely separates the serum from the fibrinous cells like a barrier, effectively preventing the exchange of substances between blood serum and cells. The serum collection efficiency is improved, and high-quality serum is obtained, resulting in more authentic test results. The serum can be stored stably for more than 48 hours without obvious changes in its biochemical characteristics and chemical compositions, thus allowing the tube to be directly used in sampling analyzers.
